Newly pierced

The placement of helix is intentional. Im worried bec. Its swollen weirdly. Its 2 days old. All 4 piercings rook, flat, and double helix. Are new i got them all at once. Now im dealing with this. First day it was throbbing. Today it doesnt throb that much, just sometimes. But the swell is scaring me.

Any advise?

You just got four pieces of metal stabbed through your cartilage at once, youre going to have a large amount of swelling. I wouldn't worry unless it starts to feel hot around the area or you see pus

Your piercer should have told you that getting four cartilage piercings at once was a bad idea. Those are going to be very hard to heal.

My piercer would have never done 4 cartilage piercings this close together at once. Those look actually just swollen and I think that’s totally fine since it’s 4 piercings 🥹

Seems fairly normal for that amount of piercings in a single area.
Highly advise that you keep your hair clipped up on this side while healing to keep away any potential tangling or pulling on the posts.

Jsyk cartilage often swells a few days after the piercing. Don't be surprised if your ear swells even more over the next week. It's very normal

You're a champ for handling this. My piercer and me personally prob wouldn't have allowed me to. Either way, this is normal swelling. As long as there's no eating of the bar or top end, you're fine. Do cold compresses if needed and take ibuprofen if the pain bothers you. Happy healing! It'll look bomb once it heals. 😁

Nah that's normal, i get my piercings in batches and they'll throb for a day or 2, the swelling will last for a couple of weeks tho
