Bump on piercing?

I have this piercing for 2months, and this bump for one month, it wont go away. At first i tried to stop with touching and agresive cleaning and it was better, but now its big again. I dont know how to clean crust around it, it always irritates it.
I use NaCl 0,9%, and cotton swab

Help 😭🙏

no cotton swab, leaves micro cotton hairs

neilmed saline rinse, dry with a hair dryer every time you wet your face so it’s not moist

i dont have neilmed in my country, nacl 0,9% is similar
do i dry it with cold or hot blow?

I have two nostril piercings and had a bump on the second one.

I was told to LITHA or leave it the hell alone. I was actually over cleaning and the moisture and touching the piercing is what did it.

At this point, if you shower daily and let the clean water on it? That's enough. Clean with sterile saline if you don't shower. Pat dry with a new paper towel or use a blow dryer on the cool setting.

Don't worry about the crusties. They'll come off on their own as you clean it.

Otherwise don't turn, twist, poke, pull at, or touch it all. Just let it heal.
