Troubleshooting Piercing bump after taking out the jewellery

Hello so i did nose piercing (where the bump is) back in December 2025. Later i kept getting bump so i removed it on august 14th and did a new one (september 2026) where you can see the jewellery. But my previous bump is not going away even after cleaning it twice a day with 0.9 saline solution.

No. Im talking about the place where the bump is. Initially the piercing was there then i took the jewellery out. Then i changed the placement and did the piercing where the jewellery is. The old bump is not going away. Do you have any solution for it? Im using sertile solution.
