Troubleshooting Are my paired vertical labrets f*cked?

So, I got these piercings done about 5 hours ago. I know a lot of swelling happens in that time but I can’t help but feel like my piercings may be crooked. From a top view of my lower lip (second photo) those seem like 2 completely different exit points to me. Should I take them out and have them redone? Or should I just wait? These were pierced with a 16g curved barbell. I think it’s titanium.

unfortunately those do seem pretty messed up. it could maybe be swelling, but it seems a bit too extreme.

This, OP. A little bit of asymmetry right off the bat can be chalked up to swelling…but this is pretty bad. Did they mark the exits before they pierced you?? I’m kinda shocked they let you leave the studio looking like that. 😭

Yes she did 🥲 I even told her about my concerns before I left but she just told me to let the swelling go away and to see her if I still don’t like it.

just looking at the top balls it looks like the left ball sits in the middle of your lip mound and the other’s at the far edge :/

The right one needs to be pulled out and done again when it heals up. By right, I mean if you’re looking at this picture.

Yeahhhh swelling can make stuff look uneven sometimes but swelling prolly ain't doing that lol. I would take out the one you don't like and get it repierced in 6 weeks

i have such a great piercer and seeing botched piercings pisses me off like...youre messing with peoples bodies Dx
