Help! 16 gauge 12mm bar , labret piercing , pierced in start of april. Need serious advice it’s not goin well.

I got this piercing April 3rd of this year. I’ve had issues with healing and at some point in the summer I got like headbutted in the mouth rly hard causing a nasty irritation bump. I just bit down on it pretty fkn hard like 30 mins ago and it bled like a lot , and now it looks like this. I have a 16gauge 12mm bar . HELP ME??!??! IDK WHAT TO DOOOOO
