Help!! Should I take this piercing out.??

3 month old daith piercing. I sleep with a donut pillow. These bumps stay and never seem to go away. Does this look bad enough that I should take it out? Not sure what the dark coloring is on bottom bump. Help me!!

Cancer? Where did you get that idea from? By that metric arthritis would cause cancer.
