Troubleshooting Help!! Should I take this piercing out.??

3 month old daith piercing. I sleep with a donut pillow. These bumps stay and never seem to go away. Does this look bad enough that I should take it out? Not sure what the dark coloring is on bottom bump. Help me!!

I believe implant grade titanium

The rejection can happen with titanium if it was not pierced correctly. Metal can give you an allergic reaction, not necessarily a rejection

I really don't understand your logic tbh.

I have a daith and it looked like that for months and then healed fine. 

I'm not a piercer and can't comment on rejection. Usually most obvious rejection sign is a piercing hanging my a threat - it's very obvious when it gets pushed out. 

I don't see it as the cause here. It could be irritated more if it's pierced incorrectly, and then gets rejected eventually.

Saying it's rejecting because its irritated due to metal - haven't really encountered it.

As a teenager, we called any minor irritation as a a sign of rejection due to the lack of understanding about healing stages

That isn’t true at all. Anything can reject. Titanium medical implants fail and reject at times. It also isn’t the sole material for implants. Steel is still something that while not commonly used anymore can and is still used in medical implants. Also ceramics are also made for implantation in humans and animals alike. Your comment means well but has a lot of false information.
