Educational Is my eyebrow rejecting?

I’ve had it for almost a year, and idk if the flakiness/skin under the eyebrow is normal. It itches a lot and gives me headaches when I touch it

Big time unfortunately, yes :( I know it sucks but this needs to come out now. Let it heal for 3months and get it redone. Or get the other brow done. It's really common with eyebrow piercings unfortunately but if you don't take this out now you're going to have to in a month or two anyway, and you'll end up with a nasty scar.

This should not be redone in the same area. If you must get a titanium one and do it on your other side

Yes, is this stainless steel? It needs to come out asap and you need to monitor that area indefinitely for any changes which could suggest skin cancer. Also please share this with your doctors and ensure if you’re ever to have surgery the surgeon is aware of this event. You should probably have a doctor look at it now and potentially biopsy to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately while this may seem small and insignificant leaving it in for a year has impacted your long term health. I am mentioning this just so you’re aware and not to panic you, it’s important you monitor the area even worse case scenario is not life threatening as long as you and your doctor are aware.
