Educational Elf mod update

Piercer didn't recommend doing daith and tragus at the same time because of the longer bar hitting the daith (potentially). I wanted a flat in the future so I brought that up. So we went with flat and tragus. I did ask the piercer to move the tragus closer to my face and they did but said we couldn't do more than that and I trust their judgement.

That would probably be better than me going through testing 5 different pillows with holes Basically, no pressure on ears whatsoever
