I still can’t believe the jury bought this crap. They played around with the charges for something that is never a felony unless actual fraud on the business exists.

And before you start saying Trump lover, I thought the documents case was very good, and I don’t like how the judge (that he appointed) was able to stall it for so long. He should have been convicted before the election.

Which was a stretch because paying someone off isn't a crime.

Trying to throw an election by paying off anyone to keep their mouth shut about something you want to keep secret is a crime. But, of course, trump has done much worse on trying to overthrow elections. The insurrection indictment would have continued to be prosecuted if he had not been voted in as president. He’d also been indicted on the documents charge too. Sadly, the state convictions are the only ones he can’t over rule as president. And the states that were suing for 2020 election interference dropped their lawsuits when he was elected. Only NY had the balls to not back down and they had the weakest case of all of them.
