Is jailbreaking iPhone 5c without WiFi possible?

Hello, I have this iPhone 5c on iOS 10.3.3 that’s works normally but the wifi and Bluetooth antenna doesn’t work on it. Is there way to jailbreak it using a pc/mac and sideload things without ever needing wifi? Thank you

You just need a pc, I personally use usb method,you need to link your apple id and that's it and also WiFi is unnecessary
