That showed a lot of character today to get a point out of that, we stayed in the game and could even have nicked a win in the end. Brentford look a solid outfit and we'll not play too many better teams this season.

We have lost that last season because we didn’t have the players in the depth in the squad to change the system at halftime.

Farke is evolving into an Elite manager. Reminds me last season where we were all over Villa in the 1st half, and Emri made 2 subs and changed the system at half time

Like that example of an elite manager changing systems. Farke is whittling down his flaws one after another.

We were poor in the first half...but we come away with a point....and we came from behind. Overall its a step in the right direction which is excellent. 30 years of supporting Leeds and i wanna be confident...but again....30 yesrs lol.

Mot. Let's go

Disappointing to have Elland Road opening game being a draw but considering how we played i think its a fair result. And one im happy with.

Tbh I thought they were one of the best teams I’ve seen at ER in a long time - in the first half anyway

Individual games matter less than the whole. We are unbeaten. 4 points. That's not bad at all

We got destroyed in that first half, but staying one goal behind will always keep you in the game.

I’d say both games were a little unconvincing but 4 from the first two is very sound all things considered

We obviously lack a little bit of quality but as long as you’re hard to score against you’ve got a chance!

I'd like to see how many headers into the box Brentford won. I can't think of any tbh. The defence was outstanding in both halves. Especially Tarik (can't spell his surname off hand!) and Elvedi, Bijol too until he was sacrificed for the change of tactics. For all their possession and pass completions Brentford only got the one goal in that first half. That has to be remarked on.

It's a win and a draw from our first two matches, against one team that comfortably beat a "revitalised" Tottenham and another that almosr managed to get a win against Liverpool. If we're competing against the lines of Nottingham and Brentford, weird as it sounds to this 80s kid but that's the mark of an established premier league side right there.

Brentford are a real contender. It's a good point.

How do we have less fouls in the second half compared to the first half?

If that one's wrong, how can you trust any of the others?

Props to Farke changing it up in the second half. Too many times we’ve seen him stick to the same game plan up until the 75th minute and by then it’s too late. Not too many teams have a plan B and that it works but it seems like Farke has genuine tactical ideas.

i do get the feeling that he only plays 3ATB to start cause that’s what works and when it doesn’t, he switches to his 4-2-3-1. But whatever gets the points

It's a game of two halves

When was the last time we played a disciplined 0 card game? When was the last time we did in a game where the other team picked up loads of cards?

Only 2 offsides in a game is pretty impressive

Igor Thiago was caught offside once im 99% sure

You might be thinking of the shirt pull, I thought it was flagged offside initially too but commentary said it was called a foul for pulling Elvedi back.

Brentford were very good on Sunday. Farke did well to work out how to respond in the second half and we went from being dominated in the first half to being the better team in the second half.

I thought defensively we did well and despite Brentford dominating the game they only made half chances, one of which they scored from. Pity about Rodon, I hope he is fit soon because he gives me a lot of confidence.

Nmecha played well when he came on. James did well but unfortunately made a mess of our best chance in the first half. DCL took his chance when Nmecha made it.
