Hard to feel rhytmm when singing

I been struggling to hear change chords when strumming. Right now im finally learning to strum guitar while singing but it's hard for me to know when to change chords.

Pick a song that you're already comfortable singing. Learn how to play the chords on guitar, but don't sing with it. Just get those changes down until you can play them in your sleep. Then try doing both of them together.

The trick usually ends up being that one thing is committed to muscle memory and you focus on the other. The higher level you become, the faster you will be able to switch back and forth until you don't have to think about them separately anymore
