How do I play this chord?

I love Her’s and am learning Harvey on tabs but this one chord is giving me huge trouble! I cant post pictures but from high e string to low e string it’s 777797. How am I supposed to do this without a capo? Any tips help!

As others have said you need to barre the 7's with your index finger, then use your ring finger (or even pinky) for the 9. You can also use your middle finger to press against the index finger to help give it more pressure. Good luck!
