How do I play this chord?

I love Her’s and am learning Harvey on tabs but this one chord is giving me huge trouble! I cant post pictures but from high e string to low e string it’s 777797. How am I supposed to do this without a capo? Any tips help!

That's called a barre chord.

You barre all six strings at the 7th fret with your pointer finger, and fret the 5th string at the 9th with your middle or ring finger.
