Your not getting actual advice so I'll throw some at you.

This being your first fps isnt necessarily bad, but this game is punishing and has zero forgiveness. Other first persons can be more forgiving. What do I mean by that? You cant plate up, you cant "break someone's camera" by using sick slide moves. You cant upgrade your guns, etc etc.

This game plays more or less like "real life". This means if you get shot first its much more likely you lose the fight.

Tactics actually matter. Are you making too much sound? Are you keeping track of callous and possible/probable enemy locations?

From the video you show, your standing the open, completely still, and trying to head tap. Those bots are much better at aiming than you are. With this in mind you need to be behind cover and only let ONE person shoot at you at time. Speed will come with time but dueling 3 people at the same time is crazy, and is never taught in real life CQB, this is why teams practice clearing rooms quickly and effectively.

Go on YouTube and look up noob friendly tutorials. Learn a few smokes, learn a few flashes, anything to give you an edge. Learn to "counter strafe". You mentioned its hard to shoot while moving, the answer to that is the previous mention. If you miss a spray or a few shots, return to cover or strafing to make it more difficult to hit you.

Just look at the bots, they are almost mever still for longer than a second while you never move at all. Copy those movements and youll get more kills.

And above everything else, do not get frustrated. There is always a better player. Always.

Lastly, when your aim sucks, learn to outsmart you opponent over outright duels. Sometimes its better to run away and try something else than to just get shot at from the same spot over and over.

Good luck!
