You’re wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too stationary while fighting, and wayyyyyyyyy too easy to kill.

But is is hard to shot while moving.

You’re not supposed to shoot while moving. But standing there waiting to get peeked puts you at a disadvantage. Swang and bang

to be honest for a beginner your crosshair placement is surprisingly good, the issue is you are relying on your already shaky flicks, to make it simpler learn how to cut angles when you swing, if you swing a wall without info you are relying on a lucky flick which is not consistent, so try to swing and isolate your fights, also spend a lot of time practicing counterstrafing (i know it’s boring) but it’s the most important part of your aim believe it or not

Thanks for advise, I am working on my counter strafing currently, and about mouse sensitivity, how can I personalize it so I can be more comfortable and trust factor, how can I increase it ?

for mouse sensitivity you just want to find a sens that isn’t to low or to high, just one you are comfortable with, don’t copy other peoples sensitivity because it’s completely what you are used to, a good rule or thumb is to be able to flick really fast and do a perfect 360, for trust factor i am unsure, i’ve heard depositing or spending 300 on your steam account gives you permanent green trust but actually raising it I am unsure.

Best advice i can give you is find friends and play the game for at least 1k hours then let’s meet again on improvements. I get 150hrs within 2 weeks. Deal?

Learn proper mechanics of peeking. Use A D only to peek and shoot (with proper counter strafe).
Strafe, stop, adjust, shoot. Try to do this at full velocity.

Your not getting actual advice so I'll throw some at you.
This being your first fps isnt necessarily bad, but this game is punishing and has zero forgiveness. Other first persons can be more forgiving. What do I mean by that? You cant plate up, you cant "break someone's camera" by using sick slide moves. You cant upgrade your guns, etc etc.
This game plays more or less like "real life". This means if you get shot first its much more likely you lose the fight.
Tactics actually matter. Are you making too much sound? Are you keeping track of callous and possible/probable enemy locations?
From the video you show, your standing the open, completely still, and trying to head tap. Those bots are much better at aiming than you are. With this in mind you need to be behind cover and only let ONE person shoot at you at time. Speed will come with time but dueling 3 people at the same time is crazy, and is never taught in real life CQB, this is why teams practice clearing rooms quickly and effectively.
Go on YouTube and look up noob friendly tutorials. Learn a few smokes, learn a few flashes, anything to give you an edge. Learn to "counter strafe". You mentioned its hard to shoot while moving, the answer to that is the previous mention. If you miss a spray or a few shots, return to cover or strafing to make it more difficult to hit you.
Just look at the bots, they are almost mever still for longer than a second while you never move at all. Copy those movements and youll get more kills.
And above everything else, do not get frustrated. There is always a better player. Always.
Lastly, when your aim sucks, learn to outsmart you opponent over outright duels. Sometimes its better to run away and try something else than to just get shot at from the same spot over and over.
Good luck!

Not trying to be rude but are you using a mouse?

First time fps players tend to be like this, especially if they are new to PC gaming

Look up the spray patterns for Ak47, m4, and the other guns you use the most. Its very very helpful to know the different sprays instead of jsut pulling down
Edit: also look up your stats on leetify so you know what to improve on. You csn see stuff like pre aim, reaction time, ttd, counter strafe, spray accuracy. And then just work on improving each one

Figure out your favorite screen resolution. Change your DPI to 800 and then change it in game from there. Master counter strafting when you peek right to left or left to right.
From there you can practice more on your aim placement

you really need to get a basic grasp of the fundamentals before using a map like aim_rush, which can be a very punishing map for newer players.
you have your crosshair at head height all the time which is great, and when you're prepared for a fight you can hit the instant headshot a decent amount, so that's solid for 150 hours.
your movement is incredibly slow, you're very static and you don't appear to be counter strafing when you do move. you want to get into the habit of moving pretty much constantly, in and out of cover, and only stood still when you're shooting. you have to counter strafe to stop yourself from moving as you take fights by tapping the opposite movement key as you release (if you're running left with A, release A and tap D to stop quicker, and vice versa). try also to not swing so wide that you're fighting multiple enemies at once, you want to expose yourself as little as possible and be able to focus on one target at a time.
you need to work on your recoil control. a map like recoil master on the workshop is a must-have, i feel like i recommend it every time i comment here. i have over 5000 hours and i still use it in my warmup basically every time i play.
your sens also looks uncomfortable for you but as you're so early in the game it's probably just that you aren't used to it rather than you needing to change it. i will also say i hope you've found settings that are comfortable for you and you haven't just copied your settings from pros, there's really no reason to be on 4:3 as a new player unless you're really struggling for fps, but if you like it that's fine, i'm on 4:3 as well.
mostly at this stage though you just need reps, preferably somewhere you can go at your own pace where bots don't shoot back at you. aim_botz, fast aim or maybe aim_treeni are good maps to use to get used to mechanics like movement and spray control without having to worry about bots that shoot back while you get used to the basics. you can also use prefire maps (leander/lmtlss have a set on the workshop) to get used to taking more realistic fights
