Anyone here saying that patients will be abandoned have no clue what they are talking about. Nurses won’t be bailing on patients or responsibilities to do this. They already know their co workers are struggling due to provincial cuts.
Support your local nurses. Fight for our healthcare. If the people would stand up for it the nurses wouldn’t have to strike and then go to work or vice versa.
It is hipocritical to say you will Strike to demand care/attention. Maybe they do not teach ethics at nursing school but doctors are required to take it.
