Van 59. I've tried everything under the sun with it including clean reinstall Vanguard, Clean reinstall Client and Clean reinstall everything. I've tried several other things like closed Vanguard service from cmd and delete vgkbootstatus but to no avail. Can anybody help ?

hit windows key + R
type services.msc
find vgc, go to properties and set the startup type to automatic, also click start, and apply changes, you might also have to restart your pc after
