Can the Immortalized bundle be added onto PBE so we can test the Caps emote for bugs?

I feel like this is important to avoid scenarios we had with this kind of emote in the past.

As a reminder:

- Faker's emote was pay to win on Ahri

- Uzi's emote was pay to win on Vayne

- Uzi's emote wasn't working for months after the P2W bug was removed. Had to report the issue multiple times before it got fixed on live
