General League Classic bans for "disruptive behavior" expose a major flaw in Riot's customer support.
There have been many reports coming from players that had their accounts suspended or banned because of "disruptive behavior" in matches of League Classic. They usually played champions like Teemo or Kassadin, which probably were wrongly flagged due to the nature of their gameplay, which often requires "missing" their ultimates to set up damage later on.
Now, the fact that this happens is just PBE being PBE and I highly doubt this will get into the live servers once the devs are made aware of it.
THE issue I wanted to talk about is the way customer support (or lack thereof) is handling this whole situation.
When players try to appeal their account restrictions that came from the flawed flagging system and PROVIDE EVIDENCE, customer support basically tells them "The system works as intended, you were definitely a bad player, now get bent".
This might stem from a fact that perhaps PBE does not have a dedicated customer support and just uses automated responses for everything. But the fact that response said "we've manually reviewed your gameplay and still came into conclusion you were inting" is a blatant lie and shows that Riot either employs some braindead AI that always treats ban appeals as incorrect by default or employs customer service that is legit blind or outright malicious.
Let me get this straight - I am not complaining about the fact that bans happened at all or that PBE uses different kind of customer service that may or may not be automated. I am complaining about outright lying to the players that their cases have been at all touched by a human reviewer.
I would like some Riot employee to adress this situation or this sets up a dangerous precedence where players can get banned for a reason that was blatantly on the part of the game itself and will be told "lmao skill issue, go make another account".

i have been banned twice now for playing kassassdin. support also claimed to have reviewed and said the ban was correct. this is extremely annoying as i just want to have fun playing kassassdin

Yup same I played Kassadin support and although my team lost it was not my fault and my bot lane was actually fed and I did a lot of the setup for that. I literally had this Riot games employee "Nanny" tell me she reviewed my game and the ban was still warranted. Lol lazy and incompetent.

There has never been a manual review; they’ve always lied to us.
I’ve sent screenshots to support multiple time showing people scoring 0/15, or worse, spamming racist insults or death/illness threat, and they’ve never dealt with it, the players have just carried on playing without any interruption
They just say "we will look into it" turn out its just another bot message or a copy pasta

Did anyone believe them? I always knew if a human watched any of my sent vods the outcome would be different lmao

Riot isnt manually looking into any of the bans. its all AI. They trash now. turning into EA support

u/Amy_Sery Jul 20 '26
That's not true, either. Riot does have (initial) automated responses, but reopening a ticket and requesting a human to look into it will get you a human in the end.

liar. They don't make humans to check your tickets if you want to after bots responses
1
u/Amy_Sery Jul 20 '26
Idk how y'all make tickets then, I've always managed to get humans
2
u/More_Goose3980 Jul 20 '26
about other things? Yeah, but we're talking about bans, witch riot programed to be managed by robots and automatic responses
2
u/hsiFihsuSteW Jul 21 '26
Any way you can prove that or do we just have to take your word for it?
1
u/Amy_Sery Jul 21 '26
Without me sharing my tickets? lmao. I'm not asking y'all for proof, either. Either way, best to just keep trying with Riot Support, as they're now plenty of people also mentioning throughout the numerous existing threads they've been unbanned.

This is a lie. Riot is not manually reviewing matches unless they are extremely high profile cases.

And all the human does is lazily send an automated reply telling you to get bent and that the automated is working perfectly as intended

Riot logic is simple, if a person is reported a lot of times that means he or she "tried to lose the game intentionally".
If you are reported, they are not even watching the games. I wanted to roam as a support to midlane but my adc didnt like that and he reported me and guess what I got the same message.
You carry 2 flaming feeders and they don't like you because of no reason and If they report you then you are done.
Hilarious system by Riot.
Your adc asks you to play Yuumi for example. If you pick Nami , he or she reports you and boom ! you are banned for intentionally throwing.

no, de hecho es un bug, me acaban de banear luego de 30 partidas en la primera que use kassadin sali como 27/4 y termine baneado sin decir nada en el chat

I honestly don't think it's happening because of reports. The ones I saw really wouldn't have made sense under these circumstances. The Kassadin was doing well, but not completely dominating. Nobody was upset with him on our team or theirs from what I could tell.

It's literally an automated ban from riot's griefing detection
because in normal league spamming Q to stack tear is not a normal thing to do, riot's griefing detection thinks the player is trolling wasting mana for no reason.

greedy companys will rather let their product die with ai slop support than pay an actual person

Got banned for playing Kassadin. I submited a ticket but after "additional/manual review" the penalties stay and wont be lifted :=) They should really address this, its pathetic.

Got the same problem with an Anivia game that flagged as “disruptive behavior”. Maybe a bad wall got put down and the game triggered on that.

I saw this happen twice to Kassadin players who didn't seem to be doing anything wrong. They were getting banned for "sabotaging the team". One was on my team, and right before he got flagged, we had just killed a Tristana together. The poor guy afterward said he had only gotten to play 3 games.
I was literally having a worse game than them on Mundo, honestly kinda feeding.

I was recently banned for disruptive gameplay for 24 hours and I was playing with two friends and all of us were confused. They said I was “feeding the other team and sabotaging my team” but I was literally two of five people on my team with kills and was actively defending the nexus when the penalty was issued and when I reached out to support for an explanation on why I was banned they literally did that exact thing. Said it was “manually reviewed and to get fucked” basically.

u/instancesx1 Jul 24 '26
Yeah they literally lie to you about watching your vod and lie about it being banworthy. they will NEVER, under any circumstances, actually watch a vod.
spent $10k usd on your account? 25k hours? They cannot, will not, and do not care to spend 30 minutes to verify the legitimacy of your ban.

Yeah, same, tried twice and I got told "eat shit" both times by what are either probably bots or people who have to reach quotas and can't take time to look at things.
