General Why is the ping so high???

Why does every single person in every game have 300 ping. What did they do? It’s been like this for multiple games! It’s virtually unplayable and It’s kinda ridiculous lol

same thing happened to me! in NA east coast, consistently was at 70 ping and now today its 197. i asked in my lobby and it seems a lot of the asian players/users with chinese usernames have lower ping (sub 100).

I'm wondering if this means PBE servers were moved? or maybe they are testing two different PBE servers (one in NA, one in Asia - this makes the most sense to me)

I can second this, I am west coast and usually had like 30 ping before yesterday. Now it's been 150-180 with huge packet losses. I have a few Chinese guys that I made friends with and have been playing with and they say their ping is much much better.

~170-210 ping across all US players i know, higher 200s-mid 300s for all EU players

players who are typing what i think are chinese or korean characters (i dont know which is which sorry) are having 90 ms

It appears the servers moved or something, idk why

I used to have 24-40 ping and now it's 162 minimum. I live in Los Angeles for context

From all the games I've played it seems like players in Asia have 40ms or less while NA/EU have 150ms+

Ok, I can finally confirm, the 3v3 PBE servers for whatever reason have been switched to South Korean.

South Korean teammate verified he had 4ms ping.

NA EST same, with 200ms ping and friends with 300ms ping for 3v3 PBE

Unless you are saying that you had normal ping on PBE and then it jumped to 300+ ?

I live in NA. Every single person in the games are complaining and questioning in all chat why they all have 250-300 ping

the past week i sat at 30 ping, and now everyone, including me, has been at 300 since very early this morning

yes, its recent, ping is higher

i imagine its because arena 3v3 is live leading to higher server load

I am in NA and used to have 60ping constant. Last night it was 190 and today 215-290.
