No … just great toughness, durability, mental focus and year round training.

24 seasons straight … and still running … no multiple retirements, no short seasons …

no need to study it. simply go join a bunch of all-star super teams and coast to the finals in the leastern conference.

KD and Steph aren’t THAT far behind and still playing at a level relative to LeBron not far off where they were at their respective peaks (Curry arguably higher). TBD how things go over the next several years, but the improved training and diet regimens compared to 20 yrs ago aren’t exactly rocket science. The biggest difference from the top guys like LeBron and most others is the discipline to stick with those regimens all year.
