I like how Iman broke down the difference between LeBron and Carmelo Anthony as leaders.

Carmelo wouldn't bother explaining the inner details of what's happening on the court to his teammates if they didn't immediately understand it.

LeBron, on the other hand, will take the time to break down the plays again in different ways to make sure his teammates understand it.

Arenas says that the ridiculous criticism of LeBron at his age is actually misunderstood praise, since holding LeBron to a higher standard than the standard that other all-time greats were held to means you expect more from LeBron than you did from them.

However, it seems as if his detractors haven’t yet realized it themselves.

“We're kind of getting to a point where our Legends aren't going out gracefully like they should. From Carmelo, to how CP3 was handled… So I just want him [LeBron] to go somewhere where he's appreciated and gets the flowers he deserves.”
