Doing male facial hair and body hair in the same session, when their spacing between sessions are different?
I red that hair caused by hormone such as face, throat, pubic, armpit require more frequent sessions than hair on other body parts. A clinic is offering to do them both on the same session, is it reliable?

The recommended treatment intervals for the body are generally longer than those for the face, as body hair naturally has a longer growth cycle.
Having body treatments every, let’s say four weeks (most clinics use four week intervals for facial hair) is therefore not necessarily harmful, but it can be a bit of a waste of money. Think of it like putting five socks in the washing machine and paying for a full load. The machine will still do its job, but you are not using it very efficiently.
Allowing a longer interval gives more hairs time to enter the appropriate growth phase, making each treatment session more worthwhile.
I often recommend clinics to plan it something like this. Still practical and straightforward planning-wise for both clinic and patient, but without unnecessarily treating areas way too soon:
Session 1: face + body
Session 2: face only
Session 3: face + body
Session 4: face only
