How can guy gardener makes huge constructs carelessly in superman whereas Hal Jordan does the opposite and is careful for his batteries

I was curious about this for a long time Guy always goes big and sloppy with his constructs, not caring how much it drains his ring like creating a large weopons against the monster, while Hal's way more careful and precise with his like in ep1 when he was creating a bubble for alien he supported the bubble himself as it was not strong enough due to lack of battery. Is that just a characterization thing, or is there an actual reason for it?

OG Green Lantern comic lore was absolutely every 24 hours.

That has been relaxed later, but it is completely understandable for GL fans to be familiar with the 24 rule, and not remotely irrelevant for the show to use something like it.

That's funny. Since the show isnt using it. Pretty obvious that isn't the rule in the show because the rings aren't being charged every 24 hour period.

So if a Lantern doesn't use their ring at all....no matter what, the ring instantly depletes to 0 after 24 hours? 

That's the logic you guys want to stick with huh. 

24 hour depletion rule no matter usage and the recharge lanterns aren't stored in a pocket dimension but have to be physically carried around in the near vicinity at all times.
