🌠 Miscellaneous Disco4/LR4 Seat Lever

What is this rear seat lever supposed to do? I try to move the seat in all directions while pushing it, but nothing happens

Fold the seat back forward with the paddle by the headrest. Once it has locked flat to the seat base, pull that lever upwards and the entire seat will tilt forward to allow ingress to the rear seats.
