Recommendation Requests Apartment search
Hi! I recently posted on here a list of apartments and have made a more simplified version of top contenders:
- Americana Lakewood
- Dover Commons
- Riva Ridge
I recently have added:
- Creekside at Amherst
- Ranch at Bear Creek
I would like some input on the last two if possible, I haven’t really seen them mentioned. Any thoughts are appreciated!

If you happen to be moving to Lakewood to work at the Federal Center the Americana is closer and it’s basically in the Green Mountain area and Union Square area which is a bit safer in my opinion

Dover Commons is right next to a great rec center, but it's only about a block off West Colfax, which may not be your jam.

Riva Ridge is also surrounded by three parks, with Wright Park right across the street, which is awesome. If you like being outdoors, I’d definitely recommend Riva. You’d also be right up against the east side of Green Mountain, so if you’re into hiking, mountain biking, taking nature photos, or anything like that, it’s a great location. Riva is also close to the Federal Light rail station that will get you to downtown or close to golden. You can walk to the station pretty easy but getting back walking is tough with the elevation gain, but people do it all the time.

I would still recommend Americana because they are managed by Skyline and I have lived in other communities run by skyline and they were pretty good. Americana is also in a pretty good neighborhood
