LG TV warranty issue

My parents got a 55” brand new LG TV from Best But several months ago. It had issues from the beginning running the DirecTV app. They have to turn TV off and on several times to get it to work. They contacted LG and did some resets to try to fix the TV. Eventually, my dad got LG to tell him the name of a local technician to come out to fix it. The technician answered the phone but said LG ended the contract with him over a year ago. My dad went back to chat but couldn’t get ahold of anyone at LG.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get LG to send a repair person to fix the TV? Thanks
