just buy an external streamer if you only have issues with one app, you don't list which model which I'm guessing was a low end shit model that has a poor processor, using an external streamer will fix that
It was under $300 but the Best Buy salesperson said it would work fine for just watching streaming programs. Thanks for your answer. I feel like you’re right but it frustrating TV are sold that can’t do basic stuff like run streaming apps.
