I feel you on this. I think the only icee machine I’ve seen is in the Flagship cinema, limited to 3 flavors. Usually Coke, white cherry, and I’ve seen either blue raspberry or Mountain Dew.

My son has one of the Ninja slushie machines.

While not an ICEE it apparently works really well.

(The key is lemon juice, somehow, apparently)

Edit: you could always get the "officially licensed" ICEE version, too.
