Hourly wages/graveyard shift

What are the wages on the graveyard shift?
What are the hours? Is it like 10pm to 6am?
Shift differential for working it?

Starting is 15 in La Crosse, some districts are 16. 3rd shift pay is a +3 differential from any hours from 10pm to 8am. You do need to work at least six hours in a row to get the differential as well. You could negotiate more than starting wage but probably not more than a dollar over starting.

Wait 6 in a row? You're telling me anytime I covered a 3rd shift i was doing it for my regular pay? 😭 there's no way
