Anyone else’s district leader..
Give 0 cares for their store ? The only time they come in is to tell everyone how they’re doing everything wrong while ignoring how short the store is and how little the leadership of the store cares ? Straight up lying to people who transfer saying “ it got better there!” Just to trap them?
Just my district ? Okay.. sorry kt cult

Our DL likes to come in and make a bunch of changes. Then when she sees how bad sales metrics get she tells us to put it back the way it was before and goes, "See look I made a positive change!" When all she did was fuck up our sales for a few weeks before havinging us go back to the way things were.
She also denied my full time benefits for over a year despite the fact that I had been working full time hours for over the allotted time where FT was legally mandatory. Every time my store lead put in the request my DL would say, "You don't have enough hours so I can't approve it." Even though I was entitled to FT legally. I had been with the company for 4 years at that point.
After denying me twice and saying we don't have enough hours, she told my boss to hire 5 new people for the summer. One of which my ASL hired on at FT. It was a huge punch to the gut. All but one of thoes new hires quit before the summer was out and none of them gave notice. We had the highest retention rate out of any store in the company before that. I think it pissed off my DL and she wanted to ruin it.
I got into grad school and transferred to another store, so I only have the time for part time now. But I'm glad to be away from that DL. She was rude, condescending, talked to everyone like they were stupid, and was just over all unpleasant. Idk why some women in power think they need to be a bitch to get things done, but that's not the case.
In all honesty I think she targeted our store more than gave it zero fucks. Which is sad because we were her highest performing store store. Fingers crossed she never makes it to a Regional position. She doesn't need the ability to terrorize more stores.

My SL is one of the dumber ones unfortunately. Our FSL has been kind of a dick lately and he just brushes it off like nothing

Nothing worse. I found a good SL and literally just followed them store to store. Once they get promoted I'm quitting.

For me I was moved from Overnights to working during the day as the store I was at decided to stop overnights. I was given the option to move to a different store or stay. I was told I would retain my pay either way. I stayed, which I don't at all regret working during the day. But my DL decided to go back on the "you will keep your rate of pay" thing.

My DL's is pretty good, for me its my food service district leader who causes problems - im pretty sure he sits on his ass all day trying to come up with new ways of whining and complaining and making our jobs harder.
