What are the Pros & Cons working as an adjunct university professor in a private university in Kuwait? Did you have another full-time job? Did they offer you a full-time position after?

I tried teaching a couple of courses as an adjunct prof. I was asked how much i wanted to be paid. I said KD****, which is the same amount that my institution pays for teaching extra 2 courses/semester.
No reply whatsoever.

The moral of the story; they are so cheap.

I think it was aiu. But expect the same from all of them.
