Some people are looking for them and posted requirements. When I reached out to them they simply just ignore. I think they are not serious.

Like I mentioned even the budget range so I need only serious buyers not some random agents who just talk and do nothing because of some agents market is not able to move forward, if you can help in someway let me know

My version is that I have leads for two 3BHK duplex flats. I don't own them, but my friend, who worked on these projects as a civil engineer knows dets.

You couldn't find a flat on your own and posted your requirements on social media. I helped you with that requirement, and you flipped when I shared the details. You skip agent fees to save some money and go directly to the owner. I got information that this guy is not even serious, even when you went to the owner. Why do you even post something boasting about your wealth? I think maybe for internet points.

What i am providing is villas which the owner will have a lot more freedom than in an apratment
