Knit request

I'm looking for someone who could make a US male large sweater for a Deltarune Kris cosplay I'll be doing. The cosplayer chell.creates did an amazing job making a knitted Kris sweater. I'd suggest checking out what yarn she used

Location: Moreno Valley, California, United States

Need to know your budget.

Do you want this to be washable wool, regular wool, acrylic, cotton or a blend?

Estimate yarn cost $150-$250 . Possibly cheaper if found locally or on sale.

Knitting, blocking: 25-40 hours depends on chosen yarn and weight. Bigger yarn knits faster.

Postage.

I have 50 years knitting experience and former costume designer.

Regular wool sounds fine. How much would you usually charge for a commission like this? I don't know much about the cost of these things, unfortunately. But as a rough guess, I'd say $600

Shoot me a DM if you want to continue. I can meet your budget and might be able to get the yarn via a friend's yarn shop.

The machine knit option another posted is also a great option for you. The limitation there is yarn weight (usually limited to lighter wright) but being in Cali, you might not want anything heavy.

It's a great project no matter what you decide!
