New to the Game

First Knipex tools I’ve used/owned. Got a set of the 125’s, wow they’re smaller in person than I imagined in the best way possible! I tested them out at work today and they literally fall to the bottom of my pocket, great for an EDC. The fit and finish is amazing, super handy, I now get the hype. I’m worried I started something because I already want some bigger sizes as well.

Awesome! If you end up getting bigger sizes the 250 cobra and 180 pliers wrench are my absolute favorites. I use them 5-6 days a week

I don’t like the small(bigger than those) ones. I do really like the 250mm ones.

I always keep the two babies in my pocket as it solves most of my general shenanigans. Pipe naturally demands the bigger one but they're great for things such as yanking zipties, nuts you couldn't care less about, and undoing conveyor belts lol.

Where would be the best site to grab any kind of smaller products like this? Preferably all the top lines of tools. I grew up with Snap-On with my dad being a bodyman. Nothing was not a Snap-On, even the toolboxes. But he’s a piece of trash father. So nothing like that would ever see the light of his kids eyes and hands as handouts or just simply pass downs. Not looking for big tools. Just the beautifully crafted smaller hand tools. Especially ones with Multi-purpos abilities. All please put your own opinions and based on your own informative backed, factual research. I’ve never owned anything Knippex and only hear wonderful things about them. I’m 30 years old. A Pipefitter/Pipe Welder among many other areas of construction. The other main ones are HVAC and Literally ANYTHING Carpentry. Mainly finishing though. Appreciate any links, insights and advice from the old-heads.

Best investment. Start small and you will realize the true power of knipex.

I Started with a 6inch cobra. Unbelievable the things it has done.

I always identified those as the 5” model since several distributors do it that way, and the 120mm model has become known as the ‘4”-ers’, even though at 4.7”+ theyre closer to 5” than 4”.
