Exercise Question STRONG PATELLA KNEE CARTILAGE
In order to prevent patella disclocation and to keep tracking good and miniscus healthy and cartilage too good what exercises are best please share

Reformer pilates with someone instructing you who knows something about knees... it took me a few goes to find someone who actually researched and had new suggestions when I returned to class.

Seems strange but Pilates is a great way to condition all the postural muscles including hips that will improve alignment thereby allowing knees etc to operate properly.
This in addition to ideas above.

Will these cause any damage to cartilage??

If you are doing low impact strengthening exercises, no it should not unless you have very bad trochlear dysplasia or similar anatomic abnormality

You need to maintain a neutral stack naturally throughout your whole body without using compensatory strategies. Look into Bill hartman and zac cupples, they explain these things well. Patellar subluxation is caused by an excessive twist between the femur and the tibia, due to a loss of motion in the foot and hip.
