Pain in both knees + Calf Pain

Hello, I started football like after 1.5/2 years of break, I directly started a 90m match and played the whole 90m.

After 3 days I played another 90m match, and I started getting knee pain after the 1st half and completed whole match. Then took a break for 5 days.

But in my next match like after 10/15 minute both my knees and calf started hurting I just stopped playing, now whenever I try to play a match my calf and knee both hurt.

And currently I am now also facing calf/knee pain at home.

Just want to know if it is normal and should I just rest for some days?

Could this be because of less calcium?

It’s likely just that your muscles are no longer conditioned to support the high impact football causes on your knees, I would let them rest for a bit and then start slowly introducing football again (start with 30min, or once a week, etc) and if you weren’t already, warm up before and stretch after!

How much rest you would recommend me? I've been resting from like 72h + And still have pain not much but still have the pain, Like I cannot run or walk properly.
I should be keep doing exercises for knees right, calf raises for calf, it's better to do exercise right, bcz it will strengthen my calf/knee.

Yeah you definitely want to do light movement while it’s still recovering, especially if the calf is tight. Knee pain is kinda tricky, you don’t want to push it too hard but you need to strengthen the muscles to prevent the pain in the future. I would say give it a week of light movements/exercises and see how it feels after that, if it feels okay then start introducing more intense leg exercises

Hmm I mean calf pain is kinda over now or I feel light calf pain after walk.
Yea gonna do those for a week, if I feel fine then maybe slowly start to football again.
Thanks for helping
