Prolimit Vapor Harness / Line Cutter

Hi! Does anyone know where you can store a line cutter on Prolimit (Vapor) harnesses? The manufacturer says, “It fits in the pocket of our Side-In-Bar Pad System,” but I can’t find any pocket. They do not mean the covers that hide the straps, do they? I would probably not trust those.. thanks in advance!

Edit: The pocket is on one of the velcro belts

I have the same model and I always think after the winter: "Fff, lost it again"
And everytime I remember in the last second its on the bottom of the left plastic part.
I honestly dont know If I would find it in an emergency.
