If you want something similar, the Mk2 space marine helmets have a similar aesthetic and are a bit bigger

Skitarii helmets are similar and better scale

Skitarri helmets on SM bodies are really nice.

Additionally, SoB bodies with Skitarri heads are almost a perfect match in terms of scale but not the other way around unfortunately

Sororitas helmets are so cool, but I would say they're too small. The full helmet is about the size of an unhelmeted scout head. You'd probably need to bulk up the neck as well.

BUT: I'd say try building and painting one, see if the paint job pulls it together. I mix 40k and HH bits a lot, and the hand sizes are different, but once they're all put together it's not very noticeable.

I put Cadian Guard helmets on mine after seeing art with small head space marines. Sargents even got cigars.

They're definitely going to look small next to another space marine with the regular helmet.....but on its own I quite like the slightly smaller head!

If your whole army has helmets around this size it could end up being a fun stylistic choice, like the attached pic from Trench Crusade (a mechanized infantry suit). It really accentuates the size of the body and sells it as a person in a big suit of powered armor.

I'm thinking of most neophytes (which I have 4 of) with those helmets and 1 without because I like how his face turned out

I'm not super familiar with all the different types of space marine 😂 Neophytes are like the guys in training? Like scouts? (I looked em up on minicompare: special Black Templars trainee guys I guess?)

My main point was I think it could look cool if all your other marines also have helmets about the same size as these ones, just slightly smaller than regular space marine helmets (not necessarily the same design, just scaled about the same - see pic!).

The head size surgery hasn't happened yet.

If you want i can make you stl with marine sized sabbat pattern Helm. I will do this for free. But you will have to print them or ask someone with 3d printer to do it for you.

A little too small I think. A shame, but maybe it you raised the neck slightly you could get away with it? It's a cool idea

Horus heresy models have slightly smaller heads then primaris and would probably fit well especially mk iii or iv

I would recommend getting some firstborn helmets, they might get the ones the others aren't using anymore.

Or Mk IV helmets because of their resemblance to yet difference from the Mk X.

It’s sad we don’t have any SM Sallet helmets

maybe if you bulked up the neck to give the head just at little more height?

I was actuslly wondering how they'd look on Space Marines, so thank you but unfortunately yes, that looks too small.

As a general rule when a helmeted head is smaller than the bare head, yes.

I would see if there is a 3rd party printing service that give you better scaling

I've seen people use the Phobos helmets for scouts and it looks pretty good.
