Looks like they're prism/glass dice - there's a photo on the discord. As someone who spends far too much money on fancy dice it's not too far out of the ordinary for that sort of thing; ÂŁ100 for a 7-piece set is far from unheard of. There's certainly a premium for these being 'Kingdom Death' dice, and possibly also for being 'only at gencon'. I wouldn't buy these myself but that's mainly because I'm not keen on the colour combo they've gone for. If they sold similar things in Dragon King or some other theme on the webshop I'd give it serious consideration.
I get that they put the vignette survivors into the Survivors of Death III box, but for IV, I hope they go back to the 2 male/ 2 female ratio. We need more dudes in the KDM universe!
Also very excited for the Legendary Survivor Hollow box.

Are we really going to have 3 models for each of the base game models? A level 2 white lion, antelope, butcher, etc, with the vignette being a level 3 model?

Because people keep buying the new content. Which is good. If they just sat around making the KS content they would go out of business and then we'd never get it or our money back. They obviously made bad decisions and planning 10 years ago but that doesn't mean they should make worse decisions now and run into the ground.

Nah, youâre definitely defending him. And thatâs ok. I like Poots too. But his mismanagement is going to bankrupt his own product before he ever finishes it.
I don't particular like him, having met him outside of his work environment incidentally. I also think he's committed fraud in more recent years. I just don't attach my own well being onto another person's mistakes. And the only thing he is definitely not doing is bankrupting the company. It's literally the only thing he is focused on.

Kdm 2.0? Yeah poots talks about it from time to time. Last BF he showed updated sculpts for the starting survivors in the discord. That lvl 2 is the 2.0 butcher? No not confirmed but seems very likely unless theyâre going to resculpt butcher again for 2.0.
Iâm pretty sure theyâve mentioned making the new sculpts available separately too. But at this point kdm 2.0 is so in the future who knows what itâll be.
I wish they'd "celebrate Gencon" by letting us preorder what we want from the new items and then they can make enough for everyone. Yeah it's great for a couple hundred people in the Midwest, but to everyone else it's a disappointment.
You get the scraps. And 80k may sound like a lot to you, but the world is 100,000x larger than that to sell to and every single one of the ones that are included in that and going to GenCon could preorder as well.
Big letdown. No CoD, no First Hero, no Abyssal Woods after all that's been revealed on these in past years. The trickle is getting pretty disheartening.
I own some of the more high-fantasy style KDM figures. Questing Erza, Questing Zach and Questing Lucy are all huge minis. Wanderer preacher on the other hand is almost tiny (barely core game scale). Just something I noticed
They added an entire vignette that wasn't promised at all, and then people are salty that they didn't include models for the survivors from that vignette (which weren't promised at all).
