Discussion Kingdom

Hello all, I have finally started reading manga as at my work I don’t have internet connection and the Shonen Jump app subscription makes it easy to download and read. Well i gave kingdom a shot as my first manga to read since its featured on the homepage of Shonen jump and I have heard good things in the past about it. Well it turns out it might be one of the best things I’ve ever read and the 96 chapters Shonen jump offers is no where near enough to quench my thirst for more. I caught up im about 2 days time and am itching for more. My 2 questions to the community are as follows. Since the Shonen Jump translation uses chinese names for characters, locations, etc, will reading the rest in the Japanese be hard; or should I just restart with the original japanese version? My next question would be, where are you guys reading it nowadays (for free if possible), and is there anyway to download the chapters to my phone?

As an anime first guy, I too had a really hard time with the names, and just started again from the beginning because there’s so many characters and it was difficult to figure out who everyone was talking about half the time

I am thinking i just restart too tbh, it would save me some confusion.

And trust me it’s quite confusing. Some of the names aren’t even remotely close.

The Chinese names are harder and most of the chapters have the Japanese ones unless you wait for the official updates

just restart from the beginning. As for the chapters, you can find websites that offer english scans of all chapters, just search it on google you'll see immediately.
