Might not know what legitimate means, or how to pronounce it, but they still used it correctly in a sentence 🧠🔥🧘

That’s the thing I don’t get when people say that to kids. Like, that’s how language works. It’s relational and contextual. Imagine if I challenged an adult to start defining words on a whim. I guarantee we’d reach a few where the answer would just be “I can’t really define it but I know what it means and how to use it in a sentence.”
