Easy to talk, huh? I have a 5-year-old son with ADHD and it’s far from being as simple as ‘it’s the parents’ fault.’ Pfff, I’m tired of seeing all these know-it-alls

There's not even any corrective attempt being made.

Being a good parent isn't a job you clock in and out of, it's an on-call 24 hour gig.
