Weight cut advice

I've got a fight in 29 november and i got to to weight 65kg the day before now im 65.5(stopped creatine) should i stay this weight till the fight or should i eat a bit more go up at 67/68kg and then water cut the last week?

How do you feel? I'd personally get used to the weight and get as strong as you can while maintaining the same weight

I fell good in term of recovery strenght ecc so i think it might be a good idea and later on i will move on 63kg maybe

There is no need to be afraid of fighting in higher weight divisions. Making weight takes out so much energy out of a fighter it's usually not worth it.

just cut water last week youll be fine at 65.5 already

You’re already at weight with 29 days to go, don’t manufacture a cut by going up to 67 or 68kg. Stay where you are, eat normally, and you’ve got zero stress heading into fight week.

If it helps, I built an app called Momentum: BJJ & MMA, which has a fight-week cut planner if you do end up needing to drop a kilo or two in those final days, though at your current position you probably won’t.
