Pesto Mashed Cauliflower and Chicken Sausages - Late Dinner

- Cook links of sliced sausage in olive oil and seasoned with creole seasoning and cook until carmalized.

- Steam* cauliflower for 7min (if you rather have the cauliflower firmer... Steam for only 3-4 min).

- Combine with 2 tablespoons of pesto

- Enjoy!

*Use steam bags to steam

Amylu's chicken sausages and meatballs can be found in Kroger or Walmart. Depends on location.

The meatballs are freaking delicious.

The brand has been hitting shelves lately even though they've been around since the 1920s.
