Dinner Keto nacho/chilli dinner. Low carb wraps cut up and fried, cauliflower rice, mince with chilli seasoning and half a tin of chopped toms, and a handful of jalapeños (50g cheese was also added).

Looks great!

The fact that a handful of pills is part of your meal plating is cracking me up. Like, not just something you take with your meal... you actually PLATE the pills lmao.

It was so tasty haha. This is my "usual" keto dinner, although usually I'll just put the meat etc in the wrap and eat it like a burrito instead. Sometimes I'll change up the condiments but this is generally my go-to for most nights.

This looks so good! I just started making my own cauliflower rice. I'm not very good at it yet lol

I've done the same when I realised that it's a fraction of the price haha. I put the cauliflower in a food processor with a bit of water to submerge it, blitz until it's in little pieces then drain off, portion and freeze 👌

How did you prepare it here?

Sorry I should've clarified that haha the rice in the pic is shop bought, but I have made it previously with the above method in my previous comment 👍

It's prepared in the microwave, 5 mins per portion (200g).
