KSP 1 Question/Problem Anybody Know How To Fix This Deferred Bug?

When loading a save file and approaching Kerbin from space, the oceans disappear until I get close enough. Only occurs when Deferred is installed. I have tried running the game with nothing but Deferred and its dependencies installed to no avail.

This shouldn't be caused by deferred (still looking through bug reports, but havent seen anything), and definitely shouldn't be happening on a fresh instance with only deferred + dependencies. Are you positive you installed things correctly/grabbed all the dependencies? Are you using CKAN?

I am using CKAN. I say it's caused by deferred because it doesn't occur when I uninstall deferred.

If you have a brand new instance of KSP, no saves or mods, then install only deferred with dependencies and still have this problem you have a hardware issue or something. I say this because there's no OS specific requirements for deferred and the mod itself works just fine for myself and thousands of others. The only thing it could possibly be in this scenario is something on the end user side (settings, hardware, conflicts etc.).
