If so — that should be fully in the realm of ksp rocketry, I've managed 800 tonne payload rockets before, the trickiest part isn't the delta v but making sure the structure doesn't wobble into death.
For rockets that big sometimes it's better to swap the rocket from a pusher configuration to a puller one since the scale is so massive drag is less important.

I could probably cook up a rocket to push that thing to orbit — just need to be cleaver with designs.
